They kept me informed of their progress. I do think 2 hours for a 15000 mile maintenance is excessive. When I was offered $600 of additional work, they accepted that I declined. Having to make the appointment with an AI voice was frustrating. I tried to do the appointment online and the information that seemed to be required was excessive. When all I wanted was to get a broken frustrating. I tried to do the appointment online and the information that seemed to be required was excessive. When all I wanted was to get a broken door handle fixed. Thinking I would speak to a human being, I called the number and even the AI voice constantly tried to get me to schedule something more. From the moment I arrived, I was being pressured to get more maintenance things done. The technician who worked on my car Shayne, was very helpful and professional and did not try to pressure me to get any additional work done. More
Waited at my car for 30 minutes to checked in. Then it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Saw my car was ready and stood by the lady to check out for an additional 20 minutes. Our car(under warranty) needed repair. Dropped off on 1/9. We were given a crappy loaner. We know parts arrived to you on 1/13. We had plans to meet a friend for lunch in Venice on 1/19. Bill went to put air in the tires on 1/18. He fell & hit his head while trying to put air in your tires. Bill died on 1/27. More
