I contacted Ft Myers Hyundai about a paint issue with the rear window visor. It so happened that this part of the vehicle prematurely faded. 3% fee credit card use terrible. Credit card use is the cost of doing business as are lights and A/C. When I told the customer rep I had one in July he said then just forget about it. I have serviced my car there religiously for 10 years. I asked for a discount since I have been a very loyal customer. I did recent a discount but it should have been offered to me rather me having to ask for it. Our experience was horrible The vehicle was not well detailed and was given to us with 1/8 tank of gas. We were assured that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected. However, as soon as we got it home we n detailed and was given to us with 1/8 tank of gas. We were assured that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected. However, as soon as we got it home we noticed a horrendous fuel smell and spots of leaking oil. We ended up having to immediately replace a leaking head gasket and replacing the gas tank due to a leak at a cost of $2,750 . The sales person is not returning our calls and several reps promised to look into our situation after I posted several negative reviews, but it's been over a week, and still no one has actually tried to reach us.
