I recently brought my car in for a diagnostic appointment and had a pretty frustrating experience. When I made the appointment, no one mentioned that I'd need to leave my car overnight. When I got my car bac and had a pretty frustrating experience. When I made the appointment, no one mentioned that I'd need to leave my car overnight. When I got my car back, there was a sour-smelling cup left by an employee inside XXL CUP* not mine Also, my right door lock was replaced, but a chunk of the door is now missing. On top of that, it took about 15 minutes to even locate my car when I came to pick it up. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the service. Except with the kind gentleman Leo he was amazing to me & helped me through the whole experience I appreciate him very much and his truly patient with a awesome positive customer service care so I forgive everything only because Leo was everything good to me ! More
