William was a great salesman! Had me sold on the car almost immediately. I’ve had the car for about 4 months now and I couldn’t ask for a better car, it’s all I ever wanted. Although after I was pushed along to finalize my deal I had to deal with Rex who wanted to randomly throw $2,000 extra on the sticker price out of no where. Didn’t understand that at all, luckily I spoke up and William got that fixed for me. Try to avoid doing your finalized deals with Rex when signing the finalized papers! He will try to add random things onto your deal without your acknowledgment. More

Took my car in for routine service….OFL, tire rotation, 50 point inspection. Greeted warmly when I pulled up. Stayed inside and waited only an hour for everything to be taken care of. I was contacted via Email regarding an online inquiry I made on a Santa Cruz, Jeff Simpson the sales manager replied to my email. He sent me what I requested which was written quote on the vehicle. I imme made on a Santa Cruz, Jeff Simpson the sales manager replied to my email. He sent me what I requested which was written quote on the vehicle. I immediately asked him about the dealer markups on the invoice and told him that I prefer to buy MSRP as everyone should. He replied back with $998 over MSRP if I finance through them. I told him I know the process, I have excellent credit, and will not go a percent higher than what I know I can get at financing. Also added that several dealerships will sell at or below MSRP. Well apparently since he couldn't get a penny more out of me he decided to terminate our negotiation online and basically told me to go to those other dealerships instead. You know what? I will and already have. More

My wife left early from work, babysit with the kids, drove over one hour to get to the dealer, and when I got there, they did not have the car and asked if I wanted to see another car; wow. They were so disrespectful as they didn't even care why they called, emailed, texted to confirm the appointment but didn't have the respect to call and said they didn't have the car? Because theh play games and make you go there to try sell you something else. Take your business elsewhere. More
