i bought a 2017 santa fe from that dealer on april 13 , i'm from out state florida tdai is may 18 i still have the car not registred because they mess up the paper work it means i can't drive a car that i'm from out state florida tdai is may 18 i still have the car not registred because they mess up the paper work it means i can't drive a car that i bough . no one in that dealer cares about i spoke with many employees from finance dep and from the manager i been caling almost every other day to try to fix that but no one care about to solve that problem thay theymade. before i buy the during negotiation they used call me or tex me every day put pressure to buy a car so now since i boutht a car never got one single fone call from them do even a tex mensager . every time i call they that will check it out will call back but they never do i believe that i already call them about 20 times in the last 5 weeks the saler person Phil mckown the sales consultant never did anything about just put pressure on before buy a car. the general menager Rex moon shower the sales director never was able to take care last call he said will call me back wich never did .i bough a car from that dealer based in the good rewiews but we can't trust 100 percent in rewiews . also my car as certified car with only 30k came with many little issue those are things that we many time will figure out after couples day , like blown speaker missmatch tire inner fender well broke missed a cargo cover all 3 12 volts outlet not work missed a lower dash board pad, rear back set ripped rear head liner ripped,plus both bumper with many scratch. i have all the pics for all the issue that i mention.i will take action for all this . thank you for read my post . from a frustaded customer. so my advice do not believe in reviews .
