Length of service. One time I had to have a new tire put on as the present tire had a nail in it. That took about two and a half hours! My car was flooded, prior to Hurricane Irma, and I did not get it back for about a month! Recently you had to put in a new cable for the trunk. That took three days. I also think your customer service could be improved. In the past I have had trouble getting through to talk to someone. One time my attorney daughter called I never received a reply. When one is put on hold the music is horribly loud and obnoxious. I have reluctantly given Jose, listed below, five stars per my reluctant agreement. More

Paul the Sales Manager lied to our faces We had a great experience with our salesman and everyone else there, until we met Paul. We planned to buy the advertised 2008 Sebring for the adverti We had a great experience with our salesman and everyone else there, until we met Paul. We planned to buy the advertised 2008 Sebring for the advertised price of $6000 until he convinced us the add on fees would come up to an additional $1800!!! This included $450 for a new registration. We looked it up and that was a big lie. It was $225 + $45.20 + $28 + tax = < $700. We could have bought it, but he wouldn't hear of it. He refused to negotiate at all. I can only speculate as to why he wouldn't sell it to us. BTW, the salesman, Vlad, was great, and we would recommend him, and the lady who answered the phone was great too. NEXT DAY: Call from the General Manager: He tried to tell us that the website for the state of FL is WRONG, in what they say the fees are. He knows better, as he does this every day. Yeah right. BUT, Florida law considers the “Electronic Filing Fee” just another dealer fee. If you would post the state's fee right here so we can all see it, we can make our own decision. BUYER BEWARE, A $5951 CAR WILL COST YOU $7800 at this place. More
