We planned to buy the advertised 2008 Sebring for the advertised price of $6000 until he convinced us the add on fees would come up to an additional $1800!!! This included $450 for a new registration. We looked it up and that was a big lie. It was $225 + $45.20 + $28 + tax = < $700. We could have bought it, but he wouldn't hear of it. He refused to negotiate at all. I can only speculate as to why he wouldn't sell it to us. BTW, the salesman, Vlad, was great, and we would recommend him, and the lady who answered the phone was great too. NEXT DAY: Call from the General Manager: He tried to tell us that the website for the state of FL is WRONG, in what they say the fees are. He knows better, as he does this every day. Yeah right. BUT, Florida law considers the “Electronic Filing Fee” just another dealer fee. If you would post the state's fee right here so we can all see it, we can make our own decision. BUYER BEWARE, A $5951 CAR WILL COST YOU $7800 at this place. More

Now we find we were uninformed of a accident prior to our purchase. We first bought our 2016 Subaru Crosstrek only to be brought back in a almost a month later after the dealership said our loan was declined (even though we were told we were approved at first) only for us to sign a new loan with a much higher interest rate (signed on 8/14/16). After some research apparently this is a common sales tactic used by shady dealers to improve their cut. After having been in a minor accident, I was informed by the insurance company that my car had been in a accident prior to our purchase that was not disclosed to us. Our salesman informed us the previous owners decided to get a larger car and that was the reason they had gotten rid of it but never mentioned that it was in an accident. After having found this out I filed a bbb report requesting to be compensated for the lost equity that I had paid for since the car had been in a accident that the dealership had failed to inform us of but was refused. More
A Good Experience I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester at O'Brien Auto Park. From our first "hello" from Mendy to signing on the "dotted line" our experience was I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester at O'Brien Auto Park. From our first "hello" from Mendy to signing on the "dotted line" our experience was positive and reassuring. I was especially impressed that Mendy made a point of taking us on a very bumpy (think major potholes) road to show us how well the Subaru handled in these kinds of conditions. I felt entirely comfortable asking any and all questions and Mendy was able to answer all of them. The Sales Manager, Paul, was also personable and very involved in the sale. Chris, the financial guru, walked us through all paperwork without a glitch, and we were out the door in my new Forester in a matter of a couple of hours. A very positive experience!
