I can’t even describe the service - customer service person- he was good- he just is going by what the technician found. Technician - not happy at all! Not happy that they just pop the car on a comp person- he was good- he just is going by what the technician found. Technician - not happy at all! Not happy that they just pop the car on a computer - pops out codes and based on that an estimate is given . I literally told the dealer the same codes. Didn’t take a technician. What angers me is no one laid hands on the issue . Brought it home and bf found and even more serious issue not even mentioned in the diagnosis ! Seriously disappointed in Hyundai More

Arrived at 10:26 for a 10:30 appt. for an oil change. Nothing done until 4 PM. which they then ran a diagnostic test. Oil change was not done until 5 PM. We were told in order for them to be addressed, we needed to leave the vehicle which is not possible as it's the only one we have.
