Sonata limited ultimate I like the way that Hyundai packages options so that you know exactly what is included with the vehicle that you purchase. Rex Moonshower was straight forward and fair with the purchase price. Apple Carplay was confusing and not ready for inclusion in the product. Hopefully Hyundai will provide a free Apple Carplay software upgrade, when it is documented and more usable (supports more IPhone Apps), and when it doesn't require connecting the IPhone via wire (usable via Bluetooth) every time you get in the car. More

My O'Brien Hyundai Experience Driving into the dealership I was met be Walter Bonsignore. He greeted me warmly and asked if I was looking for a particular vehicle. When I stated what I wanted, he led me straight to the exact vehicle configured the way I asked for and invited me to take a test drive. He explained how everything worked and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous way. When I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase I met with Rex and we sat down and hashed out a deal we were both comfortable with including the value of my trade-in ( 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid). I met with Chris in finance and Kate in customer service and they explained all I needed or wanted to know about my new Elantra. The car was prepared and detailed immaculately and I was out the door in less than 4 hours. I am very happy with my experience at O'Brien Hyundai. More

Great car buying experience I was very pleased with how professional and friendly everyone was to work with. There were several times that the manager came out during the proces I was very pleased with how professional and friendly everyone was to work with. There were several times that the manager came out during the process to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that I was pleased with their service. I noticed that he did this with a couple at a table near mine as well. I think that kind of attention is appreciated when you're making a large purchase like this. It was also the first time that I've ever seen that at a dealership. All of the dealerships that I've worked with in the past, Ford, Honda, Toyota, the manager stayed in his office and the sales person just ran back and forth. I never even spoke to any of those managers. The personal treatment at O'Brien's goes a long way in my book. More
