From the moment I got there, there was no one to direct me where to park. I had to call the receptionist inside before somebody came out to meet me at the vehicle. Before I could even get out of my car, the attendant was trying to upsell me on a tire, alignment and tires without looking at my mileage on my vehicle, which only had 12,000 miles. I had to wait two hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. While I was waiting in the waiting room, the bathroom door on the men’s side kept slamming and sounding like a gunshot going off. I was subjected to hearing employees use the F word four times in a conversation coming from an office at the end of the hall without an effort to close the door. Several customers were looking at the representatives as they used this foul language. I also noticed employees were taking all the snacks out of the lounge, so there was nothing left for the customers who were waiting. I also overheard for other customers being up sold on a AC refresh and cabin filter who were there only for an oil change. When my car was ready , you guessed it they tried to upsell me on a AC refresh in cabin filter. Needless to say, I will no longer bring my business to this convenient dealership, but will now drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a dealership that will treat their customers with the appreciation they deserve .
