Took my car in for because the brake warning light was on. My appointment was for 10:30. I finally got with a service advisor a little after 11:00. Obviously appointments mean nothing. At 2:35 I was notif on. My appointment was for 10:30. I finally got with a service advisor a little after 11:00. Obviously appointments mean nothing. At 2:35 I was notified my car 2as ready. When I got in it to leave I noticed the brake warning light was still on. This is the reason I brought the car in! I do not understand why the mechanic that parked the car didn't notice the light still being on. That is unacceptable in my opinion. I went back in to inform my service advisor that the warning light was still on. Back to the waiting room I went. Finally at around 4:00 my service advisor told me I had a bad parking sensor and it would be 544.00 dollars to replace it. I ask him if he had the part. He said yes. I told him to replace it. Why the brake light would be on for a parking sensor is beyond me. But that is what they told me. Finally at 5:05 my service advisor came up to me and asked me to go with him. He took me to the service manager who informed me that they did have the part. But it had already been promised to someone else. And they would need to order my part. It would take 5 days to get here. And I would have to prepay for the part. After paying the 544.00 dollars I noticed the part only cost 38.00 dollars. The rest was for taxes and labor. So after spending over 7 hours at this service department I left still having the same problem I went in with. I will never buy another Hyundai from this dealership. And I still have to go back when the part comes in! More

Couldn’t believe this dealer charges a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. My bill was over $1000, so that’s crazy. If I had known I would’ve brought my checkbook.
