It was a wait for the complimentary service and the service completed in about 2 hours. That's a tad long for an oil change. Misdiagnosis of issue. Perhaps intentionally charging for unnecessary repair that”s not under warranty.. Disappointing. Total cost of about a $1,000 didn’t address the existing problem.. Now we have to go back again and schedule another appointment. I witnessed two other ladies complaining and being frustrated in front of me with the service staff while waiting for my car. We lease three cars from Hyundai but seriously considering switching to another brand due to the poor, unfair service provided.. More
