They went out of their way to ensure that I was totally satisfied with the car and my trade in. They introduced me to their Parts & Service Advisor Matt Smith and scheduled service down the road. He treated me just like a first time visit each time. He took the time to show me several vehicles and I test drove 3 different types before I leased the new Santa Fe. Scott, Marcus Ziegler, Luke Tann, the maintanence department even Ms. Bustos the receptionist were all very polite and knowledgeable. We received a good discount on the car we wanted to buy which had 7800 miles on it. The first offer on our well maintained trade was in the ballpark according to Kelly Blue Book. With a little more negotiating, we received a trade in value at the higher end of the range We had an accessory installed One of the managers,Marcus, helped solve a minor problem and made the process painless. Financing was easy as well.My wife and I are in our late 60's and this was one of the easiest car buying experiences wwe have ev r had.
