Our 2022 Santa Fe was towed there after breaking down on our vacation to Colorado. As far as repairs made, we would give them an A, but as far as communication from the service manager it would have to be a our vacation to Colorado. After it was towed there we called several times to talk to service manager and had to leave messages. He NEVER returned a call until we were back home in Nebraska and wondering where our house keys were that we had asked them to mail to us since our car was still there waiting to be repaired. We weren't told our car was done being repaired until a week later when I called about the keys and he told us then our car was done. Hyundai treated us great. I would give them an A+ getting a rental and transporting our car back to Nebraska when done being repaired. But the communication from the service manager was unacceptable. More
