Just yesterday (2017), I drove to Jefferson City from two hours away for a very important appointment and was stranded there (with my puppy) by a malfunction in my engine. It was a beat-the-clock moment! Their team squeezed my car into their busy day's schedule, fixed it by the time they said they would, and got me on the road back home with a great-sounding engine and a lot of pickup! In addition, they put up with my nervous pacing while they worked and were respectful and friendly throughout.
