The dealership used to be a Saturn dealership until they closed and changed to Hyundai with all the same staff, but that changed a while back when they moved and the old staff disappeared. Anyway, I called about getting my timing belt replaced and was told an appointment was necessary to make sure the mechanic would be there. Appointments are usually required so no big deal, but I figured they'd have the parts knowing in advance why I was coming in. Apparently that wasn't the case. Brought it in, they looked at it and called to say "this is what you need and we don't have it, so we'll order the parts now and come back in a week." Why did I make an appointment for the work to be done if the work wasn't going to be done? My car is a 2008 so I don't expect them to have all parts in stock all the time, but when an appointment is made for a specific repair a week or two in advance I'd assume they'd have the parts available by the time I brought it in. Otherwise the service is generally pretty good. More

May experience was not pleasant . Patrick was very arrogant with me. Parts on order for 10 days. Was left without a car for 11days. I could have kept my car till parts came in.
