Very poor communication. At noon I was told my vehicle would not be ready until 5:00. Then at 12:15, I received an email telling me my repair was going to cost $652 and I must accept or decline for them t would not be ready until 5:00. Then at 12:15, I received an email telling me my repair was going to cost $652 and I must accept or decline for them to proceed. When I was able to speak to someone in service, I was told that the repair was done because it was under warranty and my car was ready. Very confusing and frustrating. More
