My concerns were not listened to the first time resulting in my car breaking down again on the way home from the first service appointment. My initial concern included my oil light coming on. They concluded it was something wrong with my engine requiring a “tune up” which cost me over 500 dollars. In fact, the issue had to do with My oil sensor which was covered by warranty. it’s frustrating to pay that much money when the issues was a warranty covered item. I appreciated the help I received when I broke down on my way home. I called and spoke with Pat who had a tow truck come and pick my car up immediately. He was extremely helpful during a frustrating moment. Thanks Pat. More

My Check Engine light came on unexpectedly so I drove straight to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem as needing a tune up, which was credible, as it had 70K miles and had never had one, so I was straight to the dealership. Had to leave it overnight so that they could work on it the next day, but I did get my car back the following day.
