I’ve never been somewhere so unprofessional in my life. I was told I had a vehicle with no damages, including cosmetic, just to get home and find damages everywhere, one being a 6 foot indent in the bottom I was told I had a vehicle with no damages, including cosmetic, just to get home and find damages everywhere, one being a 6 foot indent in the bottom vehicle. Then there’s the car sales men flirting with the new intern the entirety of my trip. After a few sexual comments it was uncomfortable to say the least, but nearly every salesman was flirting with nearly every female who walked in. Which says a lot considering every trip I’ve made there since, I’ve struggled to get any help. Their (body guy) used a normal bucket of black paint and a paint brush to fix the scratches and indents in my vehicle, no really sanding or buffing out just a quick clean and some paint that look like permanent raindrops. Two weeks ago I was promised an appointment to be scheduled for the big damage I mentioned earlier, and one week ago they finally said they would call me about potential appointment later. Needless to say I’ve yet to hear back from them. So here I am with a vehicle that is far more depreciated in value not only from fraudulent information of the shape of the vehicle but also from wear and tear driving to go get it looked at and fixed incorrectly. I have never been so disappointed, disrespected, and let down in all my life. I will never do business with this company again, and would never recommend anyone else to. More
