I am considered a "senior" and it had been quite a while since I had purchased a vehicle. I like to drive the car I have as long as I can. My vehicle was totaled in November- not my fault so I had to purchase a vehicle. I prefer new to used. I did a bit of research online, talked with some people whose opinion I trust and talked with some people I didn't even know who drove a Palisade. I walked into the dealership knowing what I was interested in purchasing. Sat in it, drove it and decided to purchase. Mr. Cox and Mr. Dees were a pleasure to work with as were the other folks I came in contact with. I enjoyed the text I received from Candace yesterday...unexpected but very indicative of how you want to run your business. That customer attention will serve you well. I especially appreciate there were indications that God is allowed in that space. I hope that will remain the case. More
