Customer service was terrible. I had a scheduled oil change and it took over 4 hours. (The previous time it was over 6 hours). The guy that checked me out was rude. I asked for a coupon (they have done this before if i dont get one in the mail) and he laughed at me and said I already gave you a little discount, what more do you want?
