I have used this dealership numerous of times and every time it has been a problem. Takes forever to get a diagnosis and forever for repairs. Only one person that knows how to work on hybrid vehicles but y time it has been a problem. Takes forever to get a diagnosis and forever for repairs. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any dealership!! I had an appointment to drop off the Santa Fe that was having transmission problems on a Wednesday for 9am. I dropped it off Monday, 2 dealership!! I had an appointment to drop off the Santa Fe that was having transmission problems on a Wednesday for 9am. I dropped it off Monday, 2 days early. The car was not even looked at for 2 weeks. How do I know you ask? Well the app on my phone lets me know everything, even though I was being told by the service writers and service manager that it had been checked and awaiting a decision from the factory/warranty department. That was just the first lie. In the almost third week I’m being told that it was still awaiting a decision. That was another lie, it still hadn’t been touched, still sitting in the same place and doors were never opened, app tells me everything. Towards the end of the third week I showed up at the service department and asked to see the service manager. I spoke with Chris Green, and he said they got it checked out and the transmission was going to be replaced and that it was ordered and would be in by the following Monday and it shouldn’t be a problem getting the car back by Wednesday. The tranny came in Monday like he said, the service writer told me they had it in the shop and were getting started on it.. another lie! Again the app tells everything. That caused my CEO/President, to have to use one of the fleet cars to go on his family vacation for Christmas instead of his. The care wasn’t actually pulled into the shop until Monday afternoon the following week. So at this point we are over a month into this for something that only takes 4 hours to pull a transmission and for hours to install a new one, according to YOUR mechanics repair manual. As you can see we are not happy at all with the service we received. Being in Business ourselves, we understand things go wrong, things get forgotten about and pushed to a back burner sometimes. That’s business! But what you NEVER DO IS LIE to the customer! We are now looking at other avenues for our fleet and corporate vehicles. More

went in for an oil change on a Saturday took 4 hours was not told it would take that long, sat in the waiting room nobody came to tell me what the delay was.
