Sent my daughter’s 2019 Hyundai in to service dept for an oil consumption test. Went over there several times and done everything I was told to do. Hyundai than denies any repairs due to mileage of the vehic oil consumption test. Went over there several times and done everything I was told to do. I sat at this office for 4 hours to complete a recall on my seatbelts. I had made an appointment specifically for this. They did not even have the parts to complete the work yet I still sat there 4 hours f my seatbelts. I had made an appointment specifically for this. Service was great but it was slow in getting my warranty approved. I arrived at 11:00 am to pick up my vehicle and it was completed but couldn’t get my car until around 4:00 pm took 5 hrs to receive my vehi approved.
