Great 1st time experience I actually went in there taking a chance and hoping it worked out for me.My 1st time ever buying a car from a actual lot my credit is way less than pe I actually went in there taking a chance and hoping it worked out for me.My 1st time ever buying a car from a actual lot my credit is way less than perfect but when I tell you God was looking out for me I dealt with Raymond he was Absolutely AMAZING if you are in the car buying business ask for Raymond he does his job like most car lots all they see if you money but Raymond wanted me to have what I wanted which I was not able to get but ONLY because I wanted my notes to be in a certain range but he was able to get me in a suv when I went hoping I would come out with at least a car I got a suv and he got my notes in the range I ask for he was so helpful. He wanted me to be happy if you shop there ask for Raymond and tell him Angela sent you he was awesome!!! It was clean in there and every single person in there was actually working not just standing around. More

Very pleasant car buying experience. I enjoyed working with my sales professional, Princeton. Stopped in to look at the new Konas based on a TV ad and much internet research. I admit I was pretty determined and set on what I wanted. Princeton kept things as light as he could and was very patient and respectful . I think he probably went to bat for me and to turn me into a satisfied customer, not just a Sunday browser. I have little to say about sales managers, they have a job, but I think Princeton probably had to do some PR for me. Fast forward, price was met ,I made my mind up without any hassles or pressure and got a new Kona. One of the worse parts of finally doing the deal is usually the finance guy. However this was not the case with Ed. That-experience was also pleasant, low key and hassle free. He made the signing of all the endless paperwork a good experience also. Both of these gentleman were very easy going, made my partner and I very comfortable and did the best at making this a really positive car buying experience. More
