(ps - this is the only issue we've had with the car at all. ) Kevin has been a great communicator and we feel like an excellent advocate for our family. This is my daughter's car that she bought with her own money and has loved it. She'll have to pay for the repair and Kevin is going way above and beyond to help. JV has been helping guide the process as well, and we appreciate all the assistance. The experience with the car being so good, along with Kevin's excellence has earned some Hyundai loyalty from our family.
