We appreciated that Nathan took the time to explain the promotions and make some suggestions based on our situation, but he did not apply any pressure. Working with Sean on a deal was a joy, we got to see Warren who always makes us feel welcome, and Mark did a great job of putting the financials together. We have been driving Hyundai for a long time and we hope to always return here. More

Lack of communication made my experience bad My husband and daughter brought my car in for a tire and an oil change. Frank sent me a text at the beginning of the appt. I had to call 2 times to get updated. He never responded to any of my text messages. The first phone call frank was unavailable. By The second phone call i was very irate when i was told no one, not one staff member in the back was available to speak to me . My family had already been there close to 2 hours . Finally after 2.5 hours my car was done. I had a 1pm appt but i feel that did not make any difference. Hopefully next time wont be so bad More

2 attempts on tire alignment & great customer service Barry and Lily are the best and should be strongly considered for promotion or raises. Had an alignment and 4 new tires installed.
