An unexpected event I brought my troubled vehicle in for service i wasnt happy with the vehicles performance since purchased and wound up trading it in for newer model i I brought my troubled vehicle in for service i wasnt happy with the vehicles performance since purchased and wound up trading it in for newer model i wasnt sure it would happen due to decrease in my credit score i was shocked to find myself leaving in a new vehicle however hyundai should of done better knowing the previous vehicle a tuson eco t1.6 had a problem with sluggishness and hesitation it was scarry to drive fearful of getting into an accident and should of given me a better deal with new vehicle purchased my payments should have at least been the same not more before was 443 a month at 8.3% now its 529 at 3.9% hows that a savings payments should of been less not more so now for the sake of being safe ill be struggling to pay more More

I had my starter replaced. I was having trouble starting my car. I knew it was not my battery. I called my Service Specialist Roy Londis and explained what was happening when I was having trouble starting my car. I knew it was not my battery. I called my Service Specialist Roy Londis and explained what was happening when I tried to start my car. He asked me some basic questions and when I told him I tried everything he suggested I asked if I could bring my car in immediately to be fixed. As always he was accommodating as to my needs that the week end was coming and I did not want to be stuck somewhere. He knew immediately that it was the starter and that it had to be replaced and it was the same day I brought in my car. Roy is the best Service Specialist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. More
