First Service Shaun was great. Length of service was great. Cashier was rude and tried to charge us for a free service. She had no idea where the car was parked and Shaun was great. Unhappy with service. Came to have oil change and was given a list of other unnecessary repairs that supposedly the service department wanted to do. My husband was with me and has been a mechanic all his life. He knows what service and or repairs are needed and when they are to be done. I don't like service people trying to hustle me just because I'm a woman and don't know that much about cars. Pull this crap on somebody else but don't do it to me! They have some nerve to charge us $44.95 for a $10.00 air filter that we were told was going to cost $20.95 when Mary showed us the old one at the desk..Thank God this lease will be over in six months. Can't wait to turn this car in and I don't plan on returning here for any more encounters with your service or sales department. We were ripped of and lied to from day one. Your leasing ad on tv said that all we needed was $3000.00 down and a monthly payment of $109.00 per month for 12,000 miles a year. We gave you a car that was in showroom condition that we easily could have sold for $4000, gave you a check for $5000 and later found out that we were only allowed to drive the car 10,000 miles per year. This whole deal has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will never deal with Hyundai again. More

best experience ever I wasn't really interested in a new car Shane was great he said no problem but he knew I was interested in the Kona. He asked if he could show me the new Kona I agreed. We looked at one but I saw a blue one and knew that could make me change my mind, the main hold up would be price. Shane took it from there I gave him some parameters to go by, he did and I got a great blue Kona what a super car and super sales rep. no pressure listened to my needs and fulfilled them to a T. I highly recommend this dealership and Shane I think he should be top sales person for all of Hyundai. More

So I had to get out in torrential rain to go inside to tell them I was there but couldn't get in, they had the customer move her car by this time car behind me trying to get in, so had to get out in rain to ask them to back up so I could move so the wrong way car could move, think there should be someone assigned to direct cars and keep it clear, just sayin. Thank you More
