Car bucking with auto shut off Brought car in due to roughness when car auto shuts off. Was not thrilled with the amount of time it took to look at the car. Inconvenienced The vehicle I purchased I liked, However, I did not like the salesman that I had to deal with and the frustration of getting a spare key made. The sal The vehicle I purchased I liked, However, I did not like the salesman that I had to deal with and the frustration of getting a spare key made. The salesman's attitude towards me that day was one that made me not only feel that my business was not important but unneeded. His attitude towards me was very casual and not professional at all and a friend I had car shopping with me that day felt the same way. The key was not given to me when I initially purchased my vehicle and I literally had to argue with the same salesman (over the phone) to communicate to me if a second key was going to be provided. In all the communication that I had with him I was made to believe that I was not receiving the spare key! In conclusion I had to come to the dealership after a 12-hour shift of work and then speak to the manager of the dealership to get an answer about the key. I was also made to feel that my business wasn't important because I asked for the trim on the front of the vehicle (passengers side of the windshield) to be replaced (at the time of purchase), it appeared to be damaged (possibly by weather) and though the sales manager agreed to do it as part of my agreement to purchase the vehicle I was made to feel (by the sales manager) that I was asking too much. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of this experience. My only positive comment about this dealership was that my interaction with the administrative assistant on the sales floor in the lobby (I did not get her name) of the dealership was very good. She was very nice, patient and understanding and she responded to my dilemma with kindness. Hey empathy is appreciated and she helped me in getting someone to help me find out about the key. She definitely deserves a raise, she is truly an asset to your company. More

Best Customer service at a car dealership We had an amazing experience at the New Port Richey Hyundai, we spoke with the sales manager Jason over the phone. He assisted us from another city and helped us get the car that we were looking for . He stayed in contact with us as we travelled from Orlando. He connected us with Lamonte who was ours salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable and happy to help us get the deal we wanted. The dealership has friendly staff all over, we walked in and immediately were greeted by 2 very nice ladies . They were not pushy and they really listened to what we wanted. Overall I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More

Also, I reached out to other Hyundai dealerships and found I had been texting exactly what I was looking for and when I arrived, it was not available. Also, I reached out to other Hyundai dealerships and found that I could get better pricing and when they were put on the spot, then they were willing to work with me. It a shame that this is now the third vehicle I was leasing and had to be subject to this. More
