Satisfied I wish someone would come out with you to your car, and explain to you what they did and what needs to be done and just to go over and give you a run I wish someone would come out with you to your car, and explain to you what they did and what needs to be done and just to go over and give you a run down. I don’t like that they just hand you your keys and send you on your way. Need to take more time for that personal connection. Everyone was great Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting Delivery was good, Demo ride Was short at low speed through neighborhood of Dealership. On ride home on Hwy 54 I was at 40-60 speeds and upon putting brakes on Tucson started Vibrating And felt similar to a flat tire. I immediately contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai near my home and made a appointment . They were prompt and courteous and told me the Rotors were warped and had to be resurfaced which they did. After leaving the Dealership and talking to friends everyone was surprised that a new Car only 3 hours old that new rotors weren’t installed.as this is a wear and tear item.. I have been dealing with Hyundai for years and this is the first major problem I have encountered. I would appreciate Hyundai USA checking into this and their response. Raymond Baril More

This time we purchased! My husband as I HATE car shopping but we have come to leasing Hyundai’s for the last 3. This dealership has very knowledgeable sales personnel. Success in Time I had an oil change and filter, tires rotated, engine air filter replaced, and air conditioner filter replaced. I asked the service man if this could I had an oil change and filter, tires rotated, engine air filter replaced, and air conditioner filter replaced. I asked the service man if this could be done in 15 minutes? He smiled of course and said they will get it finished in no time but a good possibility not 15 minutes. Of course I was just kidding. But it was finished quicker then I expected. I even had the floors cleaned and a car wash. A excellent job well done. Hats Off Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
