Horrible First the place is so high pressure with sales. Each time you go to leave they give you a hard time and then get someone else to talk to you with the First the place is so high pressure with sales. Then when my husband was going to trade the elentra for sonata there winded up being problems. The sales person on the phone had an attitude at times, of course not when we were there in front of people. Then when trying to get the correct car on the billing. 2 transfers to supervisors where the person just hung up instead of transfer. Weeks of the dealership telling us to wait. Finance telling us to contact the dealership. Escalated line in corporate telling us to contact finance. After 3 weeks of this we finally found someone to help in finance. I would never purchase from them More
