I'm a very busy person and they worked around it and didn't waste my time. Thank you, I'll be back. More

So Disappointed 2 1/2 years ago I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE with Scott Speilor, He knew my needs ahead of time and did not waste my time, trying to sell me something I 2 1/2 years ago I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE with Scott Speilor, He knew my needs ahead of time and did not waste my time, trying to sell me something I obviously could not afford. He was efficient, got me in and out quickly, less than 2 hours, met my needs perfectly, kept my price requests in mind and arranged to have the rental car I drove picked up and returned, I was thrilled!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I was referred by a friend so he could get his $200 referral fee. He never got it! Tried unsuccessfully at first to get a hold of Dan Forsey, with referral from good friend. It took me a few months to finally connect. I just figured he is not tech savvy…… Harry from Sales was very good and proactively pursued me, and so was Kelly perhaps I should have gone with him, or her. Finally made an appt with Dan, again because my pal could get his $200. Referral. I Figured I would meet with Dan to discuss my options coming off lease, he obviously didn’t give rats a** about anything other than a sale, and the hard sale and pressure came off immediately..... He had no consideration for my needs, i.e. , Lease, PRICE! Leather, SIRIUS, terms, color, style, surrender costs…… it’s like he didn’t hear a word I said…. First of all, NPR is HUGELY inconvenient for me, it takes me a good 45 min, without traffic..... With Traffic, just a nightmare. I brought my latest promotion piece, Dan basically laughed and asked if I read the fine print.....He said any lease I did would require $5 Grand down…..I was very attracted to the $199/month for Santa Fe, which by the way you are still pushing!!! Well that’s not going to happen! And then telling me how foolish to lease….. I made it known I only had a few hours to discuss my options, and needed to leave at Noon. No problem, according to Dan….. Was interested in a lease, 45,000 Miles about $300/month, leather.... something bigger than my current elantra GT, no Bells and whistles…. Yes I like the Santa Fe Sport but I had no idea it was completely out of my price range, according to promotion it is $169 per month. For me it would be north of $600 per month, with $5K down. If it doesn’t exist just tell me.....up front! Dan and Amos basically laughed at me, at that point I was very happy to leave, but they gave me the strong arm and just 1 more minute..... For the next 4 hours..... Anyway test drove the Santa Fe, a JOKE (for me) as I asked for no bells and whistles.... Then I test drove a Tucson which had nothing, Bare basics, but yet lots of money….and didn’t even have Sirius, ($450/month 72 months 2.9 %) which yes I asked for, SIRIUS IS A MUST HAVE. Where are these fabulous end of year bargains? In the beginning, Amos and Dan asked to pull my credit…. fine, I knew that…… did not know they would put 3 hard inquires on my report..... “Just 1 more minute, 2.9 financing, that percentage is unheard of, blah blah; you are getting a great rate, your credit is so good, blah, blah….. Unheard of, blah blah,” well yes it's unheard of, because they LIED to me.....what a great rate you are getting….. You are going to save hundreds on your insurance by not leasing and purchasing instead…… well yeah, if I basically choose to have no coverage, I am not denying coverage because I now own the car…. 2.9 % financing, In the BIG RED sharpie pen written on a scrap of paper. 2.9 , 72 months, I heard that over and over! Today I got my statement from the bank 3.8…., that MADE me look at the very few copies I brought home from dealership that day. What a bait and switch! 3.8 % for 6 years, boy am I stupid! I am paying alot of money for a $25,000 car. I’m already underwater, because Dan didn’t have the decency to say, why don’t you wait out your lease….ByTheWay….. No Year-end discounts as was over and over again talked about, Best time of the year to buy, BS!! I paid absolute full, sticker price!! No deals there. Again, I just wanted out of there, I told them I needed to sleep on it, do homework and compare with Nissan etc.... “Just 1 more minute, I should have just walked away” but pretty sure they still were holding my insurance and registration….. Finally I agreed, $470/month (NOT at all what I wanted) 2.9 financing for 6 years, Underwater….. To get out of the lease but I didn’t realize until I got home that night and did the math..... HOW STUPID AM I? After so much wasted time I just said just give me a Tucson with Sirius, well yes, but it's going to cost you, at that point I was so drained and beaten up I didn’t give a crap..... I just wanted out of there…. I repeatedly told Dan, that day, I was not prepared to turn in my leased Elantra, and I HATE myself that I Did, It was the perfect car for me! Perfect price!! I told him I wanted to clean out car and had keys and headrests at my home. More Pressure…..no worries about the headrests and keys according to Dan…..... Well 2 days later when car was sold to someone else it was a Real Big worry to him, “when can you deliver those headrests and keys?” 50 miles out of my way! I agreed to meet him halfway, and not at all happy about any of it!! My friend called a few days after my purchase asking when he would get his referral; they told him there were problems with my financing. I told my friend, there certainly were not problems when they charged my credit card $2000, that Friday! To this day he never got his referral fee…. I got the same thank you note and $200 referral promise….. And….. the Hyundai lease company was still billing me for payments that I had to resolve on my own…. I have yet to see the final paperwork on that, even though the car was sold, 8/26/2018. I will NEVER buy/ lease another Hyundai! I will never refer anyone! And I will blabber to all I know what an unpleasant experience I’ve had. Even if it means hurting my friendship with my referral friend. I feel I have been hugely taken advantage of as a single, low income woman. Dan gave me the survey which he highlighted every response I was to respond to. I wasn’t going to fill it out right away, I still don’t even have my paperwork from the DMV, Bank or insurance…. And now since I complained to him the Survey is no longer available….. well that’s convenient for him! The online survey DISAPPEARED as soon as I complained to Dan Forsey! Survey no longer available! What a blunder! I only hope the car will last for 6 years, although at this point I am not convinced….. A disappointed owner.... More
2015 Hyundai Eleantra is a REAL LEMON. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON 2015 Hyundai Eleantra SE is a LEMON!! We have had problems with this car for years now. It is one thing after another. We had the car in for seve 2015 Hyundai Eleantra SE is a LEMON!! We have had problems with this car for years now. It is one thing after another. We had the car in for several issues with the car. Two of the issues the dealership could not even fix the problem. I made a list of all the issues that we are having with the car. On 11/15/2016 with 12185 miles on the car, we had to replace the battery on the car. On 05/22/2017 with 15516 miles on the car, we had to replace (2) tires on the car because the tires were bald. On 11/03/2017 with 18268 on the car, we had to replace the other (2) tires on the car because the tires were bald. We had problem with the car stalling. The dealership could not find anything wrong with the car. On 01/18/2018 with 20747 miles on the car. We had a problem with a sound when the car starts. When the car starts it sounds like metal clinking. It does not matter if the car is cold in the morning or anytime of the day. When I start the car, it makes this sound. I had to tape the sound so the service advisor could hear the sound. The tech could not hear it. 02/08/2018 with 20749 miles on the car. We still had the problem with a sound when the car started. When the car starts it sounds like metal clinking. The dealership kept the car overnight. The next day the tech did hear the sound. They tested the alternator and it was bad. They had to replace the alternator on the car. Even after the dealership replaced the alternator I still had the same sound as before. The replacement of the alternator did not stop the souund. 03/20/2018 with 20802 miles on the car. We are still having the same sound when the car is started. It does not matter what time of the day the car is started, the same sound happens. It sounds like a metal clinking. I had a tape of the sound, the tech did not hear a thing. We are still having the same issue with the sound when the car starts. I am scared to start the car because the dealership can not find out what is wrong with it. I am scared it might blow up when the car starts because of this issue. I had taped this twice but the dealership will not fix this issue because the tech could not hear the sound. Something is seriously wrong with the car or the dealership is lying. It should not be making this metal clinking noise when I start the car. I had several people hear this noise but not the dealership. We had this one issue with the car since 2016. I have told them about the issue but they never did anything about it or even looked into it, just looked at me like I am nuts. The issue is this. When I fill the car up with gas the (Range for the miles to go on the car) it does not stay the same thing each time. One time it will be 301, 304, 299, 289, or 275. Something is wrong with the Range Miles to go. Just the other day, I put gas in the car. I started the car, the Range started at 279, then dropped to 256 before I even left the gas Station. The Range keeps dropping while I am driving. In 1 mile I go, it drops 4 miles or more. I am not in heavy traffic or stop and go driving. I am not speeding or have anything heavy in the car. I do not even know why this issue happens. When I first had this problem, I had to get a new battery. I had the dealership check the battery. The battery was fine. This is happening all the time with the Range issue. Now, as you read this we had to replace 4 tires, 1 battery, 1 alternator. Still have problem with the metal clinking sound when I start the car and the gas range. I am so afraid when I start the car because of this issue the car will catch on fire or blow up with my mom or myself inside. Since they can not find a thing wrong with the car. This car is a true lemon. More
