I knew something was wrong with my car but was hoping it wasn't something costly. I was shocked to find out it was my transmission with only 80K miles on my Hyundai Santa Fe. Oh no!!! How can I afford that? Not only did Katrina verify it was under warranty AND would be no cost to me but I even got a rental car that Katrina arranged. Turns out my car had a different part that was on recall that was replaced at the same visit! Thanks Katrina and Hyundai for taking care of your customer!!! More

Cory was full of knowledge I came to Hyundai of NPR hoping to get back into an SUV. I spoke with Dave Frazier initially who got me started with Cory. Cory was full of knowledge and was able to answer every question I had about both the 2018 Tucson and the new 2019 Santa Fe. He was not pushy and was very respectful of the budget that I wanted to stick to. I ended up going with the 2019 Santa Fe, and have to say I have never been so happy with a car buying experience. I was given time to review my budget and was also given some good pros and cons when deciding between a purchase vs a lease. Total time spent at the dealership was about 3 hours, and I left very satisfied and fully equipped to enjoy the bells and whistles that the new Santa Fe has to offer. Thank you! More

Hyundai doesn't honor warranty work My transmission went out because of a broken transmission hose. Hyundai doesn't have dipsticks, so you can't check fluid levels. My car had recently been in an accident, they told me the failed transmission was due to the accident Even though three weeks later. Therefore they would not honor the warranty. Shame on them More
