Honest and reliable I love this dealer and their service department. I had been a Ford person for 50 years but as a widow I found the last 2 Ford dealerships I dealt wi I love this dealer and their service department. I had been a Ford person for 50 years but as a widow I found the last 2 Ford dealerships I dealt with treated me differently when I came in without my husband...to purchase a car and later in the service area. I am so happy I found Hyundai of New Port Richey in 2011. Their sales men are really there to guide you in the process of purchasing a car...no high pressure tactics. And I love your service department. Shaun Koch always makes sure everything is done to keep my car running in a safe and efficient manner. I highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends. beyond grateful I've been with Hyundai for 11 years and I have not yet been disappointed about the customer service. This time it was exceptional- I had to tow away I've been with Hyundai for 11 years and I have not yet been disappointed about the customer service. This time it was exceptional- I had to tow away my car at 10pm and at 6:30a the next morning Frank was calling me with the problem. I requested an overall check up and decided to follow Franks recommendations to do additional work. I live 45 miles away in Brooksville and have been consistant in maintaining my cars at your service department for 11 years but this time I didn't have a way to pick my car up and Frank, after his doctors appointment was able to find a co-worker to bring the car to me. I'm so grateful with Frank's kindness and exceptional customer service- Frank went above & beyond his call of duty and should be commended. More

Great customer service Hyundai always provides great service and has great customer service. It often seems disorderly and I see many customers not sure where to go when they first arrive if all service attendants are busy. I usually come at very busy times so i'm sure that's the reason but a little better direction would be helpful. More

Long and stressful I was at the dealership for 5 hours. A lot of back-and-forth between Gay and the business manager.
