Great Service BUT always a long wait. I really like your service department. Your employees always take the time to listen if we have any questions or concerns. I feel you are honest when you fix or service our vehicle and do not try to sell unnecessary work to be done...However I have never been able to get in and out in less than 3-4 hours OR more. I realize that sometimes things just happen and you get lined up...but Every time I come in it is like that. It might help if when booking you allowed a little more time for each vehicle so that you are not overbooked and cause a backlog. ...... It is just a suggestion...Over all I am very pleased with your Dealership and your service department. I am a returning buyer (this is my 3rd vehicle from you) More

Don't buy this brand We have had our 2014 Sonata for 3 years. We bought it used at the used store. A year after purchasing this vehicle we had to put a new motor in it. Th We have had our 2014 Sonata for 3 years. We bought it used at the used store. A year after purchasing this vehicle we had to put a new motor in it. That repair was covered under warranty. However, a month ago the brakes stopped working properly and the brake pedal goes down to the floor. After taking it into service they diagnosed it as the ABS module which is not under warranty. We were basically told that if we don't have $2,000 to fix it they cannot help us. They then proceeded to take the $100 just to diagnose the proplem. When we asked how does that go bad there is not a single light on the dash, they told us it just happens and it is internal. "Sometimes it throws a light and sometimes it does not." So we then went to Ferman to see about trading it in on another vehicle. There we were told they could only give us half of what we owe on this vehicle. We are not happy whatsoever. This experience proved that they sell crap that doesn't hold its value and cannot be repaired under the "marvelous" warranty that they offer. Had we know this, it would have been a hard pass!!! We have worked with Barry before, he was not there when we went to pick it up. We do not blame him whatsoever. More
Car works great again after radio/computer replacement We bought a Santa Fe Ultimate in 2017 from this store and loved the car immediately. Unfortunately, after a few weeks we started having trouble with t We bought a Santa Fe Ultimate in 2017 from this store and loved the car immediately. Unfortunately, after a few weeks we started having trouble with the computer being slow to start up after starting the car. It would sometimes take 2 or 3 minutes during which time the backup camera would freeze, the touch screen would intermittently work and the map would just say "loading". We reported the problem immediately, but the service personnel said they couldn't reproduce the problem. Over time it seemed to get worse (slower). We brought the car in specifically for this once, and reported it again after every oil change. After our fourth or fifth report, Juan replaced the system for us! We dropped the car off before close on a Friday night, and planned to pick the car up on Sunday morning as it's a little over an hour drive to this dealership. Juan called around noon on Saturday and had the work completed well in advance of when we expected it. Thank you very much for finally resolving this long standing problem! The computer once again works like it did when we test-drove the car. More

I was met in the service driveway by a very friendly service team member as soon as I drove up. My appointment was found quickly and I was directed to wait in the lounge area. It was busy and got even busier in the 2.5 hours I was there, but the reception staff kept the refreshments area clean and well-stocked. I’m sensitive to sound, so the noise level was bothersome. The service team kept me informed by phone, text, and in person as needed. Prices were high, but I expect that of any dealership. More
