Long wait Had an appt at 1230 got there around 1215 and there were 2 lines out into the parking lot. Someone came over and advised they were running behind and Had an appt at 1230 got there around 1215 and there were 2 lines out into the parking lot. Someone came over and advised they were running behind and they were trying to rush the mechanics but not rush them to much they don’t do the work right. I sat in my car for a little bit until I was at least in the service area drive way and checked in for my 1230 appt. we didn’t get called out until around 2 something it was a very long wait I had my daughter with me and no one to come bail us out. Not a long wait and recommend Shaun Koch I was very pleased this time that I didn't have to wait a long time like I did at my last service. They had my vehicle serviced quite quickly. The only complaint I have, is that my car was suppose to have a complimentary wash after being serviced and just like at my last oil change, they said their machines were broken and they couldn't fulfill this promise. I would think after several months of being broken, they would be working. More
