Very pleasant after rough start. Went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. Started out pretty rough due to a salesman's approach, but then spoke to GM and he went above a Went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. Started out pretty rough due to a salesman's approach, but then spoke to GM and he went above and beyond to make my experience much better. He matched me up with a salesman that was a much better fit for me and knew how to tread lightly because of the prior salesman. Overall the three gentleman that really helped me achieve a great Hyundai experience were Mike (Manager), Bill(Salesman)and Robert(Finanace). All of them turned a very sour beginning into a wonderful ending. Thank You. More

Express oil change is a lie I scheduled an EXPRESS oil change. Was told I would be in and out. When I got there I was standing at the door waiting to be taken care of and all co I scheduled an EXPRESS oil change. Was told I would be in and out. When I got there I was standing at the door waiting to be taken care of and all counters were empty, no customers at any of them and yet still was not acknowledged or even greeted!!! Finally once I was greeted by Mary, I told her I had my appt and she said ok are you waiting ? I replied yeah how long will it be she says 2.5 hours. I said FOR EXPRESS???? she said yes that's always how long the Express takes. So I was offered a drop off service, I agreed to it and then she stated I lived "too far". I waited 3 hours for my car to be finished and then they finally call me to the service center only to be told I need to replace my air filter bc its pitch black. So all in all my free oil change cost me 50 bucks that I didnt have!! More
