Best exerience buying a car ever. This is the second car we've purchased from Hyundai of New Port Richey. The first was a new Tucson purchased back in 2006. The dealership owner rewrot This is the second car we've purchased from Hyundai of New Port Richey. The first was a new Tucson purchased back in 2006. The dealership owner rewrote the contract personally to satisfy our complaints about the manner in which the contract was originally written. So my wife promised him when it came time for her next car she would be back. She fulfilled that promise on Friday 20 July 2018. Once again our sales-rep was Faith. She is honest, straight forward and very professional in a very friendly way, whilst dealing with her customers. Since the new Kona has some high tech features my wife is not use to, Faith took the time to explain them thoroughly. She even took the time to set up the Bluetooth feature (which my wife loves) for her. Once again our over all experience at Hyundai of New Port Richie was really great. You can count on us for referrals. In short, we wouldn't drive two hours, like we did on Friday, to any other dealer in the country. Note: We truly hope Scott Fink sees this review. Mr Fink, my wife Elisabeth fulfilled her promise she made to you 12 years ago. She returned to buy her new car from your dealership. Once again, thank you for treating us respectfully in the past.
