Excellent Care! I went to New Port Ritchey after having a not so pleasant experience at another Hyundai in the area. I was referred to Karen Fitch from a friend and I’m so glad I met her! She was professional while still being personal and I never once felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. She found the exact vehicle that I wanted in a timeframe that was quicker than I expected. When it came time to figure out my financing payments, I felt completely comfortable with Evan and he explained everything thoroughly to me. He did not try to sell me anything that was unnecessary and answered all questions I had. I have already referred one friend to Karen and I will continue to refer anybody who is interested in purchasing a Hyundai to Karen and the whole New Port Ritchey team. More
