2pm appointment and not taken til 230pm What's the point of making a 2pm appointment for service of my vehicle if they won't take my car in at 2pm. I explained to the receptionist who I made my appointment with on Friday September 1st 2017 that I needed first available appointment on Sunday September 3rd 2017 and would be in a rush due to a family member being on their death bed.she said she woiuld note that down. Hyundai of New Port Richey has signs in they're service drive (Car Care Express, Oil Changes Done Fast). Obviously that is very untrue. I brought my car in at 145pm September 3rd 2017 and checked in and the service Advisor put the paper work on my car. There was 2 cars that came in after mine and a mechanic came grabbed my paper work then put it back in my car and took a car that came in after mine. It's not the service advisors fault. It's the dealership management's fault. Will I ever have my car serviced here again, probably not. Will I recommend this dealership for service, not a chance. Express doesn't mean 1 hour and 15 min for an oil change. Express is less than 1 hour. And if a service center is backed up then they should learn how to schedule and leave 15-30 min in between appointments or hire better mechanics that work more efficiently. When I service my Mini Cooper JCW @ Ferman BMW, express service on a Sunday in 45 min in and out. More

I felt very relax as I was treated like their own family. As such I got the car of my dreams!!! I purchased a 2017 Blue Elantra Limited. This tthe very 1st car that I have had built in navigation and ALL of the bells and whistles that this model offers!! With the vehicle I traded in, I only drove out of town for doctors appointments but with my new Elanatra Limited, I have put close to 900 miles on it and have not even had it a month!!! I love driving my car! Now just because I received excellent service in the sales department, let's talk about the service department. The service department of the Hyundai dealership of New Port Richey is completely fantastic, I had gone there to see about riding an accessory for the inside of my vehicle. Shawn assisted me and did such a fantastic job in ensuring that what I was wanting to order was ordered correctly with a turn around time to have it received and the service tech's to install my dashmat was extremely fast. The men and women in the service department have always been quick to greet me with a hello and a smile, assist me, as I have some difficulty standing for long periods have kindly catered to me showing me to the waiting area where are refreshments and a tv then bring the paperwork for me to sign so I am not standing and waiting for them to get everything typed and printed. I will not conduct business with any other dealership as the entire dealership from sales to service all conduct themselves in a very professional manner and set the bar so high for any of their competitors in the sales and service departments in such a manner as to compare the Hyundai of New Port Richey as a 5 star resort to all of the other dealerships being a Motel 6.
