A stray animal (large dog) ate the car... the front of it, anyway. I was looking at a lot of money out of pocket to have it repaired; there were so many holes and claw marks! Instead, thanks to Faith and her sales manager Sean, I'm in a new lease now (and now parking in my garage). Everyone was beyond understanding, and I appreciate what they did for me, which was above and beyond. And a shout out to Rodney in finance! I'm a very happy customer. More

Left with a dent I brought my brand new vehicle in for my first oil change I walked around my vehicle with your service advisor and both noted my car was in PERFECT co I brought my brand new vehicle in for my first oil change I walked around my vehicle with your service advisor and both noted my car was in PERFECT condition it was BRAND new I waited for the oil to be changed and left. When I got home I went to get the mail and when I came into the garage noticed a dent in my rear bumper I notified the service advisor immediately and he informed me that a rock must've come up and hit my bumper it definitely could not have been the dealership. I explained it is a dent a rock could not have caused it I told him at which time he informed me it definitely was not their fault it was my fault. I had purchased 3 vehicles previously and have driven for over 35 years he never even asked for me to bring it in just said it was my fault. I now tell and show EVERYONE the damage your dealership caused and tell them how I was treated. Would not recommend your service department to anyone More
