Fair service. Young man that did paperwork and got the car in was very pleasant. We used to get the car washed with each maintenance check as well as vacuumed but Young man that did paperwork and got the car in was very pleasant. We used to get the car washed with each maintenance check as well as vacuumed but I guess those days are over. The girl that checked us out was very scattered and curt. When I asked if everything went ok with my other car that my grandson brought in for me earlier she said, “How would I know who your grandson was? Do you know how many cars I’ve done today?” I would hope not to many cars came through that belonged to me and was just prior to my car! When I said it was the car right before me and under my same name. She said “Well I guess I can check for you when I’m finished here”. But she never checked. Being a nurse for the last 40 years, we would NEVER be allowed to speak to a patient or family member in that manner. It would be totally inappropriate. I bought both cars there and have all my maintenance done there. I guess I can always go elsewhere if I choose. More
Disappointed with service center today. I supposedly needed routine maintenance on my 2011 Sonata. Plus I had two other issues to be addressed. They were the hood struts not working and the I supposedly needed routine maintenance on my 2011 Sonata. Plus I had two other issues to be addressed. They were the hood struts not working and the ac cutting out. I had a one o'clock appointment. That was my first mistake. I come from Homosassa. So, it takes me at least an hour each way to get there and back. I have grandkids to get off the school bus, dogs to let out and traffic to contend with. After three hours of waiting. Not knowing what was going on got the better of me. I told the women in the service department I wanted my car and had to leave. I was finally out of there an hour later and got home by six o'clock. Thank goodness I was able to arrange care for my grandkids. That being said, there was no "maintenance" done on my car and no struts replaced. The ac was evacuated and Freon replaced though. In short I have an additional visit to the service department to schedule. I feel the length of time needed to address the issues and the progress being made on my vehicle should have been communicated to me. In that way I could have made an informed decision on whether or not to have the work done at all. I certainly would have been less anxious. More

Not a good experience this time Went to in for a new tire and as I was getting a cup of coffee 15 minutes into it they told me my battery was completely dead never had a problem , my Went to in for a new tire and as I was getting a cup of coffee 15 minutes into it they told me my battery was completely dead never had a problem , my battery was only two years old, had to get my car jumped when I left no signs of a dead battery before I got there. Pretty suspicious don't you think? More

We didn’t have a great experience the first time we went there last year but James definitely has us singing a new song.
