Talked over some issues that I knew it was having and walked out later that day in a new Sante Fe that I absolutely love. Tim Hernandez has been my maintenance advisor since we started bringing it there (we pass by a closer Hyundai for the customer service in NPR) and he has never forced a repair. We started talking what was next (which I knew) and he passed me to Bill Parente to explore new options. We looked at a good selection and decided on 2, ran the math , and it made better sense to purchase new. Had some small interactions with Sean Singh and he was as friendly as the others. Worked with Josh in finance to close the deal. Josh sure did want to make sure I knew how to spell my name (so many "sign here, and here's") but we talked and the friendly attitude continued.
