5 star experience, 5 star car. We were greeted when we walked in the door and my wife told them we were there to see our on-line contact Leslie. We didn't experience, 5 star car. We were greeted when we walked in the door and my wife told them we were there to see our on-line contact Leslie. We didn't know it was her day off. We set up an appt. for the next day. Meanwhile, a young man Plath asked if he could assist us in seeing different cars. We were originally interested in an SUV but my wife felt it was too large and difficult for her to get in and out of, he answered all our questions and was very helpful, but never tried to take over for Leslie.
