I just showed up, signed paper work and drove off in my beautiful new Hyundai Elantra Ltd. No issues, no surprises. While we waited to talk to the finance guy, Scott walked us around to meet the service department folks and got us cold drinks to make our short wait more pleasant. Awesome assistance I purchased a Santa Fe from another dealership and wasn't getting much of a response on my questions, so I called and got Jeena and asked her my quest I purchased a Santa Fe from another dealership and wasn't getting much of a response on my questions, so I called and got Jeena and asked her my questions, she not only answered the questions that I originally had, but she sent me a copy of the vehicle information sheet that I had requested from the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. She also put me in touch with a service mechanic who also went out of his way to get answers for my questions about the vehicle that I had purchased. When I get ready to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely call Jeena first. More
