I was very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of New Port Richey. I was contacted by Felix Nieves about lowering my interest rates on my Hyundai Accent that I had purchased 6 months ago. He called telling me he can get me in a newer car with lower interest rates. I was recently in an accident and I went there not looking to get a new car but just to see if I could refinanced my old car. However, Felix went above and beyond helping me not only getting me a better interest rate like he promised but also helping me buy a brand new Hyundai Elantra that allowed me to trade in the Accent that was damaged in the accident. He was very friendly and personable. He made sure I did not leave until I was satisfied with the car. I will recommend him as a sales person to anyone because he was one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, normally most car salesman are very pushy but not Felix. He was very conscientious about getting me the car I wanted in an effective and timely manner. I rate him a 10 and a valuable salesman. I also was very pleased about how time efficient the dealership is as a whole. I will recommend the dealership and I will be returning in the future. More

We drove up from Miami to pick up the vehicle as nobody could beat their price. While other dealers wouldn't be upfront about what their best price is, Jeena had no problems giving me her best offer. Once at the dealership, she had already started the whole process so we were in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. She also took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle to myself and my wife. I would not hesitate recommending Jeena and the staff at Hyundai New Port Richey. Purchased a 2013 Pre-Certified Sonata. With my busy schedule it was nearly impossible to go dealer to dealer to broker the deal I wanted. Needless to say, I contacted the dealer via email and received a prompt reply by Glenn Long. I was able to negotiate an incredible deal via email on the car I wanted. When I came in to seal the deal, the entire process was nearly flawless with the exception of a failure to mention some minor damage on a rear fender (this put me off a little). Needless to say it was minor, so i proceeded with the purchase. The entire process was flawless and far quicker than I thought (aquired my own financing). If I need to buy another car I'll be back. I showed up to the dealership today with a problem. I'd made a bad decision in the recent past on a vehicle which was monetarily painful, and I needed to do whatever I could to mitigate the damage. I spoke with Michelle and came into the dealership, and she introduced me to Joey Mayo. I laid everything out that had transpired, and explained that I was after a solid reliable car to trade into to reduce my monthly payment, a car that I could drive a good long while dependably. I had quite frankly expected and was prepared to be heading home without anything being done. I mean, the situation I was in was really not great: underwater on the car, significant negative value. Pretty much a dead end. What I didn't expect was how Joey immediately understood where I was at and what I needed, and took steps to get the ball rolling. We all knew this was going to be an abnormal sales process. He went back and forth with the management and finance teams, tried several cars out with me, weighed the pros and cons of all the points in the process along the way, and never at any point did I feel pressured one way or the other. Everything possible that could be done for me was done, he really went the extra mile. Everyone was friendly and attentive through the whole process. When the dust settled and everything was agreed upon and stamped, I was the new owner of a Certified 2010 Hyundai Elantra, and through all Joey's and the other teams' efforts saved me $7000 over what would have been the course of the loan of the other vehicle. Granted, there was no getting around that in the full course I was going to be hurt a bit for my bad decision making earlier in the year. But Joey, Michelle, and the rest of the folks really took things down to the wire for me, and saved me a good amount of money in the end. I can't thank them enough for all their help. A great experience in a rough situation. More

I have bought 3 other cars from Hyundai Used Cars of New Port Richey and they are the best. Michelle and Scott and the manager (sorry I forgot his name) really worked hard to make the deal right for me. The whole experience of this dealership is laid back and they are very friendly and helpful and willing to work with you. If you are looking for a used Hyundai then this is the place. I even bought a Toyota Corolla from them a while back and that was a great experience as well. Thank you Michelle for making this a very low-stress car purchase. More
