I referred 4 people who ALL bought brand NEW 2013 vehicles including my husband and I both bought a BRAND NEW 2013 vehicle each: my father in law/mother in law who bought their car by our referra vehicles including my husband and I both bought a BRAND NEW 2013 vehicle each: my father in law/mother in law who bought their car by our referral in April 2013 and went back two months later, traded it in for another vehicle my mother who bought a car by our referral in April and then traded hers in another two months later my friend who bought one in June (whose check I am still waiting on) another friend who bought her car in August which I received. I am still waiting since June 16th, 2013 on my $100 referral check. I have called the one sales person I dealt with that I was told he was part of my friend's deal who shared that transaction. I have text, called and went in personally monthly asking about this money when I saw him, the asst manager of the dealership. my friend who bought her car asked her salesperson and still nothing. Last we were told when he says his next car I would get my money. Me personally if I worked on commission as he does and had not sold a car from June til now as I have yet to see that money, I would be finding myself another job. There are many more HYUNDAI dealerships from NPR to Clearwater and Wesley Chapel, I will not be referring anyone to this dealership again! Pretty sad waiting on a check of $100 when you did your part as the dealership made their thousands ($160,000 roughly if not more) and still have yet to pay out!!!!!!!!!! Upon writing this review, I was contacted repeatedly by the salesman, two managers repeatedly and another person via email. I did receive this check the following day of this review on October 9th, 2013 ( over 3 and 1/2 months later) which would have resolved this matter once it took place. If their dealership review was as important as their customer service satisfaction upon my first phone call, I would have never written this! Hopefully there was a lesson learned by all of this. More

We were there last week and admist a pouring rain storm Shane helped us find 2 new cars. We were waliking around the lot like a bunch of ducks in a pond. Even with all the rain we had a blast.
