He was nothing short of outstanding from our first meeting until I left the dealer driving my Genesis home. This is the first vehicle that I have purchased, including a Lexus, that I can honestly say that about my experience. Felix exhibited a "whatever it takes attitude" from beginning to end. There were solutions and options with answers to all questions and concerns. As I drove my new Genesis home on south US Highway 19, I was full of gratitude for Mr. Nieves and the staff of Hyundai of New Port Richie. More

Check out those other dealerships in the area with ten salesman for every hapless potential buyer coming thru the door. Usually they are so busy telling each other jokes they don't have time for you , or you feel like road kill and all the buzzard are waiting to pounce on you. Talk about high pressure. This is the third Hyundai we have purchased from this dealership in the past few years, and we couldn't be happier. We now own a 2007 Elantra, 2012 Veloster, and a 2013 Elantra. All cars are running great, we just needed a new one because we gave the oldest car to our teenage children! I certainly recommend these cars and this dealership! :) More
My experience was fantastic. I'm severely disabled and most of the time consuming sales work was completed before entering the Dealership. Wow!!! That's how I felt all day long. My experience was beyond perfect. It was like a dream. I had purchased a used Toyota from Crown about 1.5 years ago and was really taken advantage of. I was not to was beyond perfect. It was like a dream. I had purchased a used Toyota from Crown about 1.5 years ago and was really taken advantage of. I was not told my car had been in an accident and I walked out of the dealership with a 24% interest rate. I had no idea what I was doing. The car started falling apart shortly thereafter. I worked really hard to clean up my credit and I tried to get the car refinanced but no one would help. I started looking into a new Hyundai but was really really nervous and super traumatized. Jeena had called me a few times since I had submitted an online interest form. I was too scared to answer the phone!!! When I finally did, I just blurted out my entire story, where I stood financially, etc. She did not make me feel like a loser and even applauded me for cleaning up my finances. I was still nervous and asked if we could just communicate via email. She obliged and did not act like I was being a weirdo, like other dealers had. We sent a few emails back and forth and she really gained my trust. I submitted a credit application and sent over my Toyota's information. She called shortly thereafter with a lower payment and an interest rate that was 75% lower than the one I had from Crown. And this was a brand new car!!! With Toyota's amazing warranty. No one else would help me and I felt like a sub level human being. But Jeena made me feel empowered and like I was a valuable customer like everyone else. She was going on vacation the next day but we made an appointment for when she returned but encouraged me to call her. I of course thought everything was too good to be true and friends started filling my head with nightmarish scenarios. I called her while on vacation and she called me back and extinguished my fears. When I came to seal the deal, it was a life altering experience!!! She already had the car picked out, all the paperwork in place...all I had to do was test drive and sign. All of the other staff was super friendly too. I had 4 people ask if I had been helped, but not in that pushy sales people type way. They seemed really interested in helping me or finding someone who could. Robert Montgomery was great!! He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. All of the pricing that Jeena had given me over the phone...stayed the same!!!! Nothing changed...no empty promises. I was in and out...from start to finish in 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! I will buy all of my future cars from Jeena and will recommend her to all my friends. She made my car buying experience something I can be proud of. Some places are bottom feeders and try to hurt the people who are hurting the most. Not Hyundai of New Port Richey and definitely not Jeena. I am beyond satisfied. THANK YOU!!!! More
My husband went to the dealership to try out the Elantra GT and when he came home he told me that I bought a new car. We went in the following day and finished up the paperwork. The service I have received at Hyundai of New Port Richey for all three of my new Hyundai purchases has made me a customer for life. Sales people are usually the first point of contact for the general public for all three of my new Hyundai purchases has made me a customer for life. Sales people are usually the first point of contact for the general public and can make or break the reputation of a business. The sales persons I have worked with so far (Faith Respler, Pat Gomez, and Karen Fitch) have been nothing short of exceptional. During each of my new car purchases, I never felt pressured or felt as though someone was trying to pull one over on me. The sales persons and the financing department have always been willing to negotiate a fair (and on my last buy, awesome) deal. Each sales person has also been very thorough in explaining every aspect of the sale and vehicle features to me. Now for the price. If you've checked out the market for comparable new cars, you will find that no one beats the price on a new Hyundai (specifically Accent, Elantra, and Sonata). And what does one get for a price that is hard to ignore? Excellent quality and a safety rating that makes me feel confident about driving on U.S. 19! The interior on both of my Accents and my new Elantra have been more comfortable than any other car I have ever driven & I've owned a lot of cars. The leg room in my 2012 Accent was greater than the leg room in my 1986 Caddy Brougham (front seats). My new 2013 Elantra is just beautiful, inside and out--and very, very roomy. One last thing, if you're still reading, the service department people are really great folks. They have always patiently, thoroughly answered any question I have asked...and I have had many. Overall, I cannot imagine going anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Kudos Hyundai of New Port Richey for providing excellent service! More
Jeena saved me so much money! I was going to buy my new elantra from another dealership. Before buying it i searched around for a better price. Jeena save me over 2000 gave me 1000 more for my car and saved me 60 on monthly payments. Jeena worked as hard as she could to get me the best price on my new car along as the best interest rate. I wouldn't recommend another Hyundai dealership to anyone. Jeena was awesome she got the exact trim, color, and add ons i wanted on the car. The other dealership said there wasn't any black elantra in the area but Jeena found one. Now coming from the same car i knew the bells and whistles of it. However Jeena took the time to sit with me after purchasing the vehicle and showed me all the new things on the car. I wont go to any other dealership to buy a car or get serviced again. Thanks again Jeena ill be looking forward to seeing you again soon in the future. More
