This as always was a fabulous experience. John will do whatever it takes to exceed all of your expectations, and you can not believe how much time and care he does it with. I went in for service on my 2007 Tucson, and drove away in a 2013 Accent. I had test driven an Accent about a year ago, but was not ready to give up the SUV. Although I didn't intentionally plan to buy a new car today, after talking with Felix and driving the newer vehicle, I decided to treat myself to something new and improved. I really enjoyed my Tucson for 6 years/10 months, and it was dependable and performed well. I was not pleased with the trade in value, but I'm pleased with the new purchase and after a few days or weeks I'll be more pleased. I was there for 5 to 6 hours, which is a long time, but the dealership was bustling with customers all day long, so the time went quickly. Felix was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the products . It was a pleasure working with him. More
I wanted a particular car (Elantra GT) in a particular color with a particular interior color. Jeena responded to my online inquiry and provided me with helpful information. I asked for her best deal and she provided me with my options by e-mail. That allowed me to make up my mind. In the meantime, she was able to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for in my colors. She called me when it came in. I did not meet Jeena in person until I went to pick up my car. The deal was exactly what I had expected on the terms I wanted. There were no games; no "let me check with my manager" haggles. I got exactly what I was expecting for my trade-in and was processed in a timely fashion. While I was waiting to see if Jeena could find a car which matched my requirements, I actually found one online at another dealer which would have been closer to my home (I drove by that dealer when I went to get my car). I send in e-mail inquiry and did get an online quote. It was several thousand dollars higher, made no mention of the rebates and customer loyalty incentives, which probably meant they were leaving room to negotiate. I had asked for the "best deal." I got the "best deal" from Jeena. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who does not like to play games, does not have a lot of time to waste haggling and wants to be treated with professionalism and respect. More

We have been searching for a new hybrid now for about a month. We have been to Toyota, Acura, Ford, VW, Lexus, Nissan and finally New Port Richey Hyundai. I am a technologist by trade and have done a lot o month. We have been to Toyota, Acura, Ford, VW, Lexus, Nissan and finally New Port Richey Hyundai. I am a technologist by trade and have done a lot of research on all the different hybrids and what advanced navigation, voice activation and other technology features are available in each model. So when I showed up at New Port Richey Hyundai yesterday I had already worked with many different sales specialists and took a test drive in all the models. In between visits I would research all the options and compare models. Felix was by far the most well rounded sales specialist we have dealt with. He was friendly, patient, diligent and knows the features of the car inside and out. Blue Link is a great service and because of Felix I left the dealership equipped with the knowledge to use it. My wife and I ate dinner out last night and while waiting for the bill I started the car with my wife's IPhone and the Blue Link app. How cool is that! I will not hesitate to send referrals to Felix. Great Job! More
