The business manager that completed the paper work part of the deal was also a pleasure to work with. This is usually the part of buying a car that I also dread...but not here. He was quick and professional. I would recommend Jeena and this dealership if you are looking for a fair deal. I am a 46 year old woman who has NEVER enjoyed looking for a new vehicle. I do not like pushy salesMEN and the entire experience of walking into a dealership simply makes me ill. I have to say, in all honesty, this was as easy and painless as purchasing a matchbox car at Target!!! I started my search online looking at used cars thinking that would be my only option. I received an email from Jeena introducing herself and giving me the option to CALL her and talk about what I am looking for. I called her, still feeling a bit anxious, and in a matter of she quickly explained how it would most likely be easier to purchase a new car. I said ok lets try - still thinking well this is just how it has to start - I will go and get disappointed, end up in a used car after they use up my whole day. I told Jeena I would head her way shortly...she said "NO, we will get all of this taken care of over the phone". She needed very simple information, she went over the colors I liked and that was it. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 4 in the afternoon with drivers licenses, utility bill, copy of a registration and insurance card and my bank statements; she had the car ready for me to look at and test drive. Very nice vehicle with all the bells and whistles and for a few dollars more a month I have a protection plan that covers int/ext and tires. They even gave me a nice bucket full of cleaning supplies to care for my new car! Did I mention that I am self employeed and credit "challenged". As I said I arrived at approximately 4pm - by about 6pm I was driving off the lot with my brand new 2013 red Sonota, with a BIG SMILE! I was able to get to my last estimate of the day and in style! I needed a vehicle that day- Jeena and the great folks at New Port Richey Hyundai made that happen for me and they did it with great ease. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would suggest you take a minute and look at the Hyundai - it is a great product with great warranties and protection plans at a very reasonable price. If you are anywhere within driving distance of New Port Richey - I would suggest giving Jeena a call she is very pleasant to work with as well as skilled - when purchasing a big ticket item such as a vehicle, its very important to feel comfortable about spending your hard earned dollars - I guarantee you if you work with Jeena at Hyundai of New Port Richey - you're going to feel very comfortable. What a fantastic experience we had at Hyundai New Port Richey! After a morning of being hustled over at Wesley Chapel, it was very refreshing to come in there and be treated as we expected. Our dilemma began 2 weeks prior @ Wesley Chapel where we wanted to lease 2 cars, one for me and one for my husband (we are past customers, leased 4 cars from there). We were promised that if we leased 1 Hyundai then, "an AMAZING deal would be rolling in in 2 weeks", which we should wait for in order to get my husband’s car. We told them the exact car we wanted and we were promised that it would be there May 4th (in 2 weeks). May 4th comes and we walk in all smiles, only to be told that the salesman was "relieved of his duties" and the sales manager, Peter, quit 3 days ago...Fabulous...We explained the situation to our new salesman Mark, who I honestly believe felt sorry for our situation and did all that he could do to help. But then when we spoke to a sales manager and explained it to him, he simply said that there was "nothing he could do to get us to the price we were promised". End. Of. Story. No "let’s try another vehicle", no "perhaps retail?", Nothing at all. So my husband told them that we were extremely disappointed and would never be back and would never look twice at Hyundai Wesley Chapel, to which the sales manager replied "I’m sorry you feel that way". Now fuming my husband called the owner and left a message telling our story, just to vent and let him know the sort of shenanigans going on up there. A very nice man named Felix called within 5 min and asked us to come down to New Port Richey, where he worked, and said that we could probably work something out. And work something out we did! We now OWN the exact Hyundai that was supposed to be waiting for us that morning! They offered to buy us pizza, we laughed and joked with him, it was so different that WC. Our deal was a grueling one, and wouldn't have been made without the sales manager Rob, who was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Dave Frazier, the owner, who not only mended a broken relationship that his location wasn't even responsible for, but also gained 2 new customers. We will NEVER be back to Wesley Chapel, now that we own the car; we will drive right past it to New Port Richey for any service, future leases or purchases. Two days later, after special ordering the color we wanted, we met Jeena at the dealership and concluded the purchase in an extremely professional and friendly manner. My wife and i came in to browse our options and see what was available to us . This is when we were greeted by Felix after browsing the lot. After looking at the Hyundai Accent and taking a ride in it that was what we ended up taking home. Felix even managed to get us a Marathon Blue accent that had just rolled up on a truck. Hes great and id definitively recommend him to anyone walking on the lot. More
I RECEIVED A FLIER FROM THE DEALERSHIP THAT GOT ME INTERESTED AND I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JEENA VERDELOTTI. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS POSITIVELY AND CONVINCED ME THAT IT WAS WORTH MY WHILE TO VISIT INTERESTED AND I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JEENA VERDELOTTI. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS POSITIVELY AND CONVINCED ME THAT IT WAS WORTH MY WHILE TO VISIT THE DEALERSHIP. SHORTLY AFTER I ARRIVED, I SHOWED JEENA THE FIGURES I HAD WORKED UP USING THE INFORMATION IN THE FLIER CONCERNING TRADE-IN, REBATES, ETC. JEENA MADE AN OFFER, I MADE A COUNTER OFFER, AND JEENA MADE A COUNTER OFFER, BUT WE WERE STILL QUITE A BIT ABOVE THE MAXIMUM I WANTED TO SPEND. JEENA SPOKE WITH THE SALES MANAGER AND THEY HAD TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP OWNER, BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO OFFER ME EXACTLY WHAT I HAD DECIDED ON BEFORE I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SATISFYING, ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST WHO DON'T HONOR WHAT IS IN THEIR FLIERS. I WOULD DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND WOULD PREFER TO DEAL WITH JEENA AGAIN (JEENA ALSO SOLD ME THE HYUNDAI I TRADED IN). More

I had originally contacted Jeena and said I was coming in that Wednesday to look at cars and go over finances. Rob in financing couldn't have been more friendly or helpful into getting me organized and into my new car. When I came back the next day to pick up my car pat Gomez and Jeena came out to greet me and ask if everything was okay. Plus, I want to say I had asked Pat if Jeena would still get credit for the sale and he said yes as it goes in the computer and I wanted the person who first helped me to get the credit.
