Unexpected Surprise I honestly went in at my son's urging and the free gift card. I was all set to say no. I loved my car. But the deal offered, the 0% financing, made it I honestly went in at my son's urging and the free gift card. I was all set to say no. I loved my car. But the deal offered, the 0% financing, made it a no-brainer. I will ne able to pay this car off faster, then trade up to a newer model without being so buried under. The dealer I saw, Moji Abbasi, was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend going to see him. He didn't waste my time with things that were out of my range, and worked magic. I'll see him again in 3 years. More

Great service from our sales person I feel we got exceptional service from our sales person Robert Hamm. We had shopped other dealerships and had prices ,which we didn't share. Rob gave us a much better deal than the competition. He also gave us the added incentives of window tinting and scheduled maintenance. His price was considerably better and he provided excellent service. What more can you ask for ? More
Us vs them mentality. I don't enjoy taking my car here. I have a warranty on the car and at no point have they been able to fix something that should be under warranty. Every time I see them, they come up with some magical explanation for why the car isn't covered under said warranty, including accusing me of getting in a crash because they spotted a tiny scratch on the bumper that supposedly took out my entire electrical system. I've never so much as bumped into anything in this car; I take exceptional care of it. I loved the car, but the warranty that isn't worth a xxxx (per the service department's report), and the culture at the service department, has made me reconsider ever buying a Hyundai again. I don't blame Pam for this; I think it's an upper management/corporate issue, but I had to put down who I worked with. More
