Peace of mind I cannot express the anxiety that I was dealing with when I originally arrived at Hyundai. I had recently purchased a used Sonata not from the certifi I cannot express the anxiety that I was dealing with when I originally arrived at Hyundai. I had recently purchased a used Sonata not from the certified preowned Hyundai dealership and was having huge issues by the second day to the point of having to have my car towed to the new car dealership in New Port Richey. I was greeted by Shawn who immediately put my mind at ease reassuring me that it would be fixed and also setting me up with an enterprise rental within 10 minutes. He dealt with all the insurance hassles and told me once again it would be taken care of. Once I picked up my car after initial repairs and on my way home a problem resurfaced and I immediately returned with the vehicle. Once again, Shawn dealt with insurance group, but also provided me with a loaner car that I might be able to get to work. Fast, friendly, service. Kind and professional attitudes all around.. I am grateful for being able to own a Hyundai, just knowing the type of service provided by them. More

Good service, took a big too long Everyone is always friendly and accommodating when I get my car serviced, however, I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change and I was at the dealers Everyone is always friendly and accommodating when I get my car serviced, however, I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change and I was at the dealership until 1 pm. Two and a half hours is a bit much. Next time I'll go to the used Hyundai dealership to get the oil change, their waiting room is more comfortable haha. More
Roy and the mechanics always take great care of my SUV I always call Roy when my Santa Fe has lights come on or she just doesn't sound her usual self. RUNAROUND I GOT THE RUN AROUND FROM EVERYONE IN SERVICE EXCCEPT SHAWN. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIANCE. NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT MY SERVICE CALL. I CAME IN TO HAVE I GOT THE RUN AROUND FROM EVERYONE IN SERVICE EXCCEPT SHAWN. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIANCE. NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT MY SERVICE CALL. I CAME IN TO HAVE A DOOR HANDLE REPLACED. IT TOOK THREE DAYS AND MUCH AGRIVATION BEFOR IT WAS FINALLY COMPLETED. More
Too long a wait Had a 12:30 appointment and was at the dealership on time. The service tech said my vehicle would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours, meaning by 2:00 pm. Had a 12:30 appointment and was at the dealership on time. The service tech said my vehicle would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours, meaning by 2:00 pm. At about 2:40, I asked how much longer it would be. He said about another 20 minutes. About 3:00 the service tech came out and said it would be just a little longer. My car was not ready until 3:30 pm a full 1-1/2 hours late. I asked what took so long and was told the computer system needed to be updated and they couldn't tell whether it would take 30 minutes or an hour. I then asked when they starting working on my car and was told not until 1:15 pm; a full 45 minutes late. No updating me regularly; just making me wait. As I sat in the waiting area I said to myself that I would probably NOT use this dealership when I purchased a new vehicle. I"m sorry I started using Hyundai of New Port Richey for my vehicle service. This will end when I get a new car. I don't remember the name of the service tech I worked with, so I could not select some one. More
